Description

We are currently looking for aFull Time Promotions Associate to join our Win Star Promotions team located at the Win Star World Casino and Resort working2:00PM-10:30PM - Tu We Th Fr Sa.

Executes any/all on-site and off-site marketing functions related to promotions, to include but not limited to rule creation, cash and prize giveaways.

• * Advertises promotions to facility patrons ensuring an aura for excitement in the facility utilizing handouts, microphone, and sound and light systems as needed
• * Promotes the Players Club card by informing patrons of card benefits to increase play and satisfaction with facility offerings
• * Develops promotional rules for submission using previous rules for similar promotions as a guide; uses creativity to make suggestions for new and exciting promotions; ensures rules are in accordance with the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce (CNDC) guidelines
• * Utilizes Casino Management System to determine promotional targets based on previous effective promotions
• * Determines patron eligibility by entering patron information in the Casino Management System. Actively utilizes appropriate systems (e.g., Bally's) to support and make recommendations
• * Submits funds request for entire department within facilities assigned and communicates appropriately with general manager(s) and department manager(s) to ensure a timely manner of when promotional cash can be received
• * Updates standard contract to include promotion specific information for submission to administration promotions department for final approval process for prizes
• * Contacts vendors to guarantee products and prizes are ordered and delivered to any/all requested departments, but also ensuring that all gaming vendor promotions are within the CNDC guidelines
• * Updates facility management and player analysis with current and accurate information in regard to the status of all promotions within their respective facilities
• * Liaises between the Facility, Marketing and Share Services departments regarding promotional activity items in some facilities
• * Organizes and cleans assigned area(s)
• * Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• * Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• - Maintains and promotes professionalism
• - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• * Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
