You will help customers with payments, documents, escrow, payoff, and related questions while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering empathetic service.
The role offers varied full- and part-time schedules during 8 AM–7 PM Monday–Friday and 9 AM–1 PM Saturday, plus a bilingual pay premium for Spanish-English speakers.
