Dobson Fiber is seeking a NOC Engineer Tier II to monitor and repair Dobson Fiber’s production network, ensuring service reliability for clients. You will work with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to troubleshoot impairments, perform fault analysis, and manage incidents within SLA timelines.
The role requires hands-on experience with IP, DWDM, CWDM, and Optical technologies, strong L1-L3 knowledge, and readiness for 24x7x365 shifts including weekends and holidays.
