** JOB SUMMARY
** The
* * rogram Supervisor
** will oversee, continually develop, grow and manage the BMX Freestyle Programat Woodward PA.Supervise all aspects of theBMX Freestyle Program including staff,daily responsibilities,and develop a fun,interactive environment for campers.
** BMX Freestyle P
** The BMX Freestyle Program Supervisor will support the marketing,content, and development of theBMX Freestyle Program sponsorship plan.

The supervisor will help support the overall

BMX Freestyle industry relationships and developments.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Assist with weekly administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, camper evaluations, etc.  Other duties as assigned
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

** Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Is creative. Can conceptualize ideas. Can think "outside the box". Has the ability to implement ideas. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision, agile, and able to pivot quickly.

** QUALIFICATIONS
* **** Required Qualifications
**** High School degree or equivalent
* Experience in action sports coaching required
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, comfortable presenting and deploying new technologies.
* Demonstrated broad technical knowledge of management techniques.
* Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team.

* Preferred Qualifications:

**** Preferred 3+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
* Some college preferred
* Preferred experience in leadership
* Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.
