• Develop and execute annual work plans for Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) activities, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Lead and mentor an MS&T organization providing hands‑on technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
• Drive the development and improvement of production process technologies to enhance process performance, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring rapid resolution and sustained process stability.
• Oversee technology transfer, scale‑up, and lifecycle management activities to ensure process robustness and reproducibility.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring manufacturing processes and documentation meet GMP expectations.
• Establish and continuously improve laboratory workflows, systems, and quality standards to ensure data integrity, reliability, and compliance.
• Build and develop high‑performing technical teams through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives.

• Master’s degree or higher in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in a people management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in large‑molecule drug development, technology transfer, process optimization, and GMP manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
