Centrillium Holdings LLC – Machine Operator – Midwest City, OK – Full Time

Description
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment, including mechanical separators and centrifuges.
  • Load beef trimmings into equipment according to production specifications.
  • Continuously monitor product flow, equipment performance, and finished product quality.
  • Conduct quality control checks, including texture, color, temperature, and moisture assessments.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance when repairs are needed.
  • Accurately complete production logs, downtime records, and quality documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Follow all health, safety, and USDA food handling regulations.
  • Assist with equipment shutdown, cleaning, and reassembly as needed.
  • Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in meat processing, food production, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a cold environment (35–45°F) for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for long shifts.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Cold, wet, and physically demanding production environment.
  • Regular exposure to raw meat products, mechanical equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
