** What You'll Be Doing*
* * Safely operate rail loadout equipment to load aggregate materials into railcars accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct pre-shift inspections and monitor equipment performance to ensure reliable operations.
* Coordinate railcar movement and loading activities with team members to meet production and shipping schedules.
* Maintain accurate loadout records, reports, and inventory documentation.
* Support housekeeping, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and productive operation.

* * Demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial equipment and work in a production environment.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence.
* Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.

* Capability to perform physically demanding work and adapt to changing operational priorities.
** Physical Demands*
* * Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures.
* Ability to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
* Ability to maintain situational awareness and safely perform duties during extended periods of physical activity.
** Conditions of Employment*
* * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
* Successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
** Work Environment*
* * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
