American Drillpipe, LLC seeks an experienced Plant / Production Manager to bring a friction-weld drill pipe line online and run it as operations scale. You will work with Engineering to install and validate equipment, implement API Q1 quality systems with the Director of Quality, and own daily production as the line ramps to full capacity.
This buildout-phase role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, disciplined processes, and the drive to establish a compliant, efficient manufacturing
