PositionRegistered Nurse (RN)
LocationLincoln, NE – Lincoln Regional Center, a Joint Commission accredited state psychiatric hospital focused on patient-centered care.
Shifts- Full‑time positions: 36 hours per week, combination of evening and night shifts, working every other weekend.
- On‑call/PRN positions:
Minimum of 32 hours per month, including 2 weekend shifts. Requires three weeks of new employee orientation (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm) and four weeks of job shadowing. All training must be completed within 3 months of start date.
Starting pay: $51.336 /hour plus facility differential pay of $3.00 /hour and shift differentials up to $2.50 /hour for new hires not currently employed by the State of NE. Comprehensive benefits are included.

- Minimum qualification:
Current Registered Nurse license in Nebraska or authority under the Nurse Licensure Compact. Preference for candidates within 90 days of completing RN program or licensure. - Age 19 or older.
- Capability to attend three weeks of orientation during day hours.
- Physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain independent authorized transportation.
- Experience:
Previous nursing experience is a plus; new graduates are welcomed. - Adaptability:
