Skilled in monitoring resident well‑being, recognizing changes in condition, and collaborating closely with nursing teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality care. • Resident Care:
  Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Anything else for resident care.
• Documentation:
  Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Communication:
  Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
• Certifications:
  
  Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required.
