You will also be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Lead the weekend nursing team, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in a safe, effective, and compassionate manner
• Conduct rounds on all patients, assessing their needs and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient charts and medication administration records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Provide guidance and support to our nursing team, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual respect
