Lance Soft is hiring a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to support high-acuity ICU and Emergency Department units. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver patient-centered care.
You will float between ICU and ED as staffing requires, with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and a total of 36 hours per week. Relocation assistance is available with a 2-year commitment.
