Registered Nurse - ICU and Stepdown - Full Time Nights Weekend Option

Seeking a registered nurse to provide complex patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments by gathering data from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Analyzing data to determine diagnoses and care priorities.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans with evidence-based strategies.
• Ensuring patient safety, coordinating care, and evaluating progress toward goals.
• Maintaining current knowledge, practicing effectively, and communicating clearly with team members and patients.
• Applying clinical judgment, critical thinking, and scientific evidence to deliver age-appropriate nursing care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• At least one year of registered nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Relevant certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC, depending on the state.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and data entry.
• Ability to assess visual and auditory cues essential for patient safety.
