Role Overview

Provides direct nursing care in complex assessment and intervention settings, following organizational policies and protocols.

Key responsibilities include collecting comprehensive patient data, analyzing and synthesizing information to determine diagnoses, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Ensures safe practice, communicates effectively with patients and teams, and integrates evidence-based knowledge into care.

Maintains current competencies and contributes to quality improvement.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• State-specific RN licensure and required certifications, including BLS and ACLS or equivalent (e.g., PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC).
• No prior experience required.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including mobility, lifting, and communication tasks.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
