RN - Cardiac Stepdown - Night Shift

Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in complex assessment and intervention settings, adhering to organizational policies and protocols.

• Gathering comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses or conditions.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set optimal outcomes.
• Developing and implementing care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.
• Ensuring patient safety, coordinating care, and evaluating progress toward goals.
• Communicating effectively, contributing to quality improvement, and maintaining current knowledge.
• Applying age-specific and clinical needs in patient care, with alertness and safety mindfulness.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent for licensing.
• Valid RN license in the relevant state, with additional certifications such as BLS and ALS or equivalent courses.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.
• Frequent use of vision, hearing, and smell for patient monitoring.

• Work in day shifts on a full-time basis.
