Registered Nurse - Cardiac Stepdown

Seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct patient care in complex assessment and intervention settings.

• Gathering comprehensive patient data from multiple sources to develop a holistic understanding of patient needs.
• Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses or conditions relevant to care.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to identify optimal outcomes.
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.
• Promoting patient safety, coordinating care delivery, and evaluating progress toward goals.
• Contributing to nursing quality, maintaining current knowledge, and communicating effectively across teams.
• Applying scientific knowledge and best practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the respective state.
• Additional certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC required based on state.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
• Physical ability to perform essential duties, including mobility, lifting, and sensory functions.
