Where You’ll Make a Difference

Perform standardized laboratory tests to support quality assurance, research, product development, and application innovation. Analyze raw materials and finished products in accordance with established testing procedures and specifications. Conduct routine equipment verification and perform basic maintenance to ensure accurate and reliable testing results. Ensure proper identification, handling, storage, and traceability of all laboratory samples. Prepare reagents, media, and other laboratory supplies required for testing activities.

Apply basic aseptic techniques and laboratory best practices to maintain testing integrity. Utilize the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Microsoft Excel to accurately record, manage, and retrieve testing data. Maintain laboratory housekeeping standards and complete sanitation activities according to the master sanitation schedule. Support special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and additional Quality Control activities while adhering to all safety and food safety requirements.

What

Makes You the Right Fit

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field preferred. Experience working in a laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, food, ingredient, or related environment preferred. Ability to follow written procedures and accurately perform standardized testing methods. Basic knowledge of laboratory practices, sample handling, and aseptic techniques. Experience using Microsoft Excel and computerized data management systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality standards.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow safety, quality, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements.

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience working with a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Previous experience in the food, ingredients, flavors, fragrances, or consumer products industry. Knowledge of microbiology testing, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
