  Experience:
  
  Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

  Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.

  Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

  Proven experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.

• A set, weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with the company’s policies.
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports.
• Must be at least 18 years or older. (Individuals 16 years or older may be eligible for hire in the following locations: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, , IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, NV, NH, NM, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY).

Requires prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day. Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customers’ feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks. May be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale. Requires lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier weights.

Requires good vision, including color differentiation. The work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting.
