• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
• Must be able to pass a background test and obtain an insurance License.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection and overcoming objections.
