Ben Osenga Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The Insurance Sales Agent will help individuals and families identify their insurance needs, provide personalized coverage options, and develop long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers, comfortable discussing insurance products, motivated by achieving sales goals, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

• Contact prospective customers who have requested information or insurance quotes.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and explain coverage, limits, deductibles, and premiums.
• Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the agency's systems.
• Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Stay current on insurance products, company guidelines, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain professional communication and protect customer privacy and confidential information.
• Work closely with the agency team and insurance carriers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain the required license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required.
