- Assist Journeyman Plumbers with the installation of commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping materials according to project specifications.
- Support the installation of water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and construction layouts.
- Organize tools, materials, and work areas to maintain safe and productive job sites.
- Load, transport, and stage materials for daily construction activities.
- Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
- Participate in daily hands-on training while developing plumbing skills.
- Currently enrolled in a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program or accredited trade school (required).
- Passion for building a long-term career in commercial plumbing.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented construction environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced plumbers.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms.
- Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions.
