Annual Salary: $45,000.00 – $47,000.00

We are currently seeking dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for providing exceptional service and resolving customer and sales inquiries, we invite you to apply. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of customer orders, inquiries, and concerns.

Your strong communication skills and ability to deliver outstanding service will contribute to our continued success in serving our valued customers and sales team.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑4:30pm with training from 7:30am‑4:00pm

• Processing customer orders and sales credits, answer inbound calls, assist with daily filing.
• Communicating with sales representatives and customers on a daily basis.
• Support Key Accounts and Managers in different channels of the business.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer and sales representative inquiries.
• Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution.

• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience is desired.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree desired.
• Working knowledge of principles and practices of Customer Service.
• Desired 1-3 years of Data Entry experience.
• Demonstrated computer literacy; proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) is needed.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
