We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Settimo— and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring.

You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.

Location: Settimo (on-site)

Contract: Fixed Term— part-time (approx. 20h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base plus a performance-based commission on revenues

• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment
• Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services
• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results
• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors
• Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market

• Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide your local team
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Italian and English
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences
• Analytical thinking to track KPIs and turn data into actions and improvements
