Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour (1-year Contract)

Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. OT hours may be requested. Why you should apply to be a Warehouse Analyst:

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Analyst? You'll be:
  • Evaluating existing business processes and recommending improvement opportunities.
  • Leading the definition, development, and implementation of process improvement projects and initiatives of moderate complexity.
  • Documenting current and future state processes, and supporting change management activities.
  • Executing communication plans and stakeholder engagement to foster effective working relationships.
  • Supporting risk and issue identification, mitigation, and feasibility studies.
  • Collecting, summarizing, and reporting data from various sources.
  • Assigning short-term work schedules to team members to meet project timelines.
  • Generating new ideas for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
  • Preparing complex documents and special reports using standard office software.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to maintain industry knowledge and best practices.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Have 1–3 years of experience working independently as a practitioner.
  • Have basic experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months).
  • Possess strong skills in data collection/analysis, verbal communication, adaptive mindset, business case contribution, gap analysis, and project risk/issue management.
  • Are proficient with computer skills and standard office applications.
  • Are experienced in business requirements analysis, process documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Can work onsite and meet safety requirements (metatarsal safety boots required).
  • Are eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
