Supply Management Specialist

Payrate: $27.00- $30.00/hr.

Summary: Provides entry level sourcing support for Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP). Assists with cost models, make‑vs‑buy studies, spend analysis, invoice issue resolution, and data analyses. Works with Strategic Sourcing to address supplier performance issues and validate suppliers during early selection. Utilizes Achieving Excellence process to manage supplier performance.

• Executes Order Fulfillment Process with cost reduction activities, analyzes quotations, and selects suppliers based on quality, cost, process capability, lead time, and stability.
• Collects cost data and prepares limited supplier cost/industry analyses.
• Supports the Engineering Change Management process to implement design changes and product improvements.
• Develops and executes inventory plans to achieve inventory and material flow goals; resolves shipping, receiving, invoicing, and payment issues.
• Drives continuous improvement in performance and total cost of the supply base using Achieving Excellence.
• Defines, resolves, and implements permanent solutions to supplier performance issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Expedites parts as necessary.

• Recent graduates, BA in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting or related fields.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $27.00–$30.00/hour. Overtime may apply per law. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other standard benefits per company plan.
