Position Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support sourcing, supplier management, procurement, and inventory planning activities within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with suppliers, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to help ensure the timely delivery of materials, improve supplier performance, manage costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier quotation analysis, supplier selection, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Assist with supplier relationship management, supplier performance monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to support purchasing decisions, spend analysis, inventory planning, and supplier evaluations.
  • Participate in make‑versus‑buy analyses, resourcing projects, and supplier cost studies.
  • Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities to ensure design changes and product improvements are implemented efficiently and cost‑effectively.
  • Develop and execute inventory plans to achieve material flow, inventory accuracy, and asset management goals.
  • Resolve shipping, receiving, invoicing, and payment discrepancies while ensuring timely supplier payments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to address supplier performance concerns and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update reports, databases, dashboards, and departmental systems using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Open to recent graduates or candidates with internship, co‑op, or entry‑level supply chain experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using or exposure to SAP is preferred.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other reporting and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
