Job SummaryWe are seeking an SCW Analyst to support warehouse modernization initiatives and warehouse management system implementations across operational facilities. This role partners with operations, engineering, and warehouse teams to improve processes, support system deployments, train end users, and troubleshoot operational issues. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, technically minded, and passionate about driving continuous improvement within warehouse and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities- Support warehouse management system implementations and modernization initiatives across multiple facilities.
- Provide ongoing production support for warehouse operations utilizing advanced technology solutions.
- Deploy and validate new system capabilities and process improvements.
- Develop training documentation, work instructions, and user guides for warehouse personnel.
- Conduct end‑user training for office and floor staff during system implementations.
- Prepare sites and operational teams for warehouse management system go‑live activities.
- Troubleshoot implementation, system, and process‑related issues to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to improve warehouse performance and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement efforts focused on warehouse processes and technology adoption.
- Travel as needed throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Canada to support implementation activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience supporting warehouse, distribution, or operational functions.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience supporting engineering, operations, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting warehouse management systems, operational technologies, or business applications is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working within warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or operational environments.
- Ability to train personnel on processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience supporting operational software, technical tools, or IT systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience creating training materials and process documentation.
- Understanding of warehouse management systems and supply chain operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
