Supply Chain Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks a Supply Chain Associate to support inventory, ordering, and logistics for our clients in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll process purchase orders, track shipments, update inventory records, and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. You'll maintain reports, resolve basic order issues, and support process improvements. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with data entry and spreadsheets, and enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working on multiple priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, receipts, and shipments to support client operations
• Track inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and update system records accurately
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve order or delivery issues
• Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and documentation for supply chain activities
• Assist with scheduling, routing, and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments
• Support process improvements in inventory control and logistics workflows
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and basic safety and quality standards
• Use spreadsheets or supply chain systems to monitor metrics and status updates
