The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our Aetna team in Illinois. This exciting opportunity allows you to serve dual eligible populations, assisting members in navigating complex health challenges.
You'll coordinate benefits and promote wellness activities while using your clinical expertise to drive positive health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois and at least 3 years of clinical experience. An Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required, while a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
