Positions Available Full-Time Day Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)

Schedule:

6:00 AM – 6:00 PMFull-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)

Schedule:

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $32.00–$34.00/hour+$0.20/hour for each year of nursing experience (up to 10 years)
Registered Nurse (RN): $38.00–$40.00/hour+$0.20/hour for each year of nursing experience (up to 10 years)
Additional Pay+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Strong clinical and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
