Wabash Senior Living & Rehabilitation is actively seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team.

Our greatest need is for Full-Time Night Shift Nurses, and we're offering competitive wages, an additional $3.00/hour night shift differential, experience-based pay, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for our first three new hires.

We also have an opening for a Full-Time Day Shift Nurse.

Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN)

$38.00–$40.00 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$32.00–$34.00 per hour

Your Experience Counts

Receive an additional $0.20 per hour for each year of nursing experience, up to 10 years.

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary care team
Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
Strong clinical and communication skills
Dependable and team-oriented
Compassionate approach to resident care
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
