Quality control coordinator

For our Italian HQ based in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) we are seeking a proactive Quality Control Coordinator with skills/experience in managing coordinating of Quality Control activities and functions.

Act as a focal point for issuing test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers, ensuring they are submitted promptly and in exhaustive way.

• Timely scheduling and allocation of Agency Inspector / No
  
  Bo / QC Engineer attendance for specific quality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & final inspection and testing.
• Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects with multiple vendors / sub-contractors
• Assembly / compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR) according to Approved Indexes
• Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report system improvements.

Experienced in a Coordination / Administration within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment preferably in the Energy / Industrial Applications or similar industry.

• Experience of working in a fast paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environment
