Job Overview
Lead a High‑Performing Warehouse Team That Keeps Our Customers Moving. We’re looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Supervisor who can champion safety, efficiency, and accuracy while leading day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
Pay Range$75,500.00-$ annual. This is the base salary pay range an applicant can expect upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education. This position is also eligible for an incentive bonus.
Responsibilities- Partner closely with leaders to support order entry and product mix accuracy
- Use SAP to coordinate orders, inventory, and shipping activities
- Lead, direct, and coach hourly warehouse staff, quality, and production employees
- Maintain a safe working environment and promote strong safety practices
- Coordinate outbound shipments through Corporate Transportation
- Host regular communication and safety meetings with your team
- Work with Production to ensure finished goods availability
- Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are on hand for production needs
- Oversee the billing process and documentation accuracy
- Ship and receive hazardous materials in compliance with HAZMAT guidelines
- Direct, review, and evaluate staff performance, including hiring and disciplinary actions
- Conduct monthly physical inventories and maintain accurate records
- High School or Technical School diploma
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Background in quality assurance or quality audits
- Ability to analyze data (SAP/Excel)
- Solid understanding of product lines and applications
- HAZMAT shipping knowledge or certification preferred
- Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience managing a team, including performance evaluations, staffing decisions, and resource deployment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing warehouse environment (heat, cold, noise, heights, dust, fumes, mechanical equipment)
- Ability to perform essential physical job functions (with reasonable accommodation if needed)
