The Regional Business Controller is a direct report to the Head of Finance Italy.
The main task of the Regional Business Controller will be to be the business partner by providing to both the business (Regional Operations Manager & clinics) and the management the appropriate reports in order to support decision making.
You will provide support on driving reporting and internal control, budget and forecast reporting, and will provide support to our clinics to drive short term actions.

Key Responsibilities
Business partner for the Regional Operations Manager
Support the Head of Finance in activities such as period close, reporting and controlling process, FP&A and any other if needed, by adding value to the business
To support in developing business dashboards and KPI’s for business unit and decision making
To constantly strive to add value and support to the organization, clinics and business unit
Establish and maintain a positive attitude and an inclusive partnership and family feeling

The Person
Ani Cura requires a highly motivated and financially literate individual with drive and determination to be the business partner for the Italian market. Owing to the diverse nature of clinics and teams, the Regional Business Controller will likely be respectful of people’s background and able to bring together a team. Solid, positive and action-oriented; this person will be a strategic thinker who is organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Candidate Requirements
Educated to a graduate degree level or above, in the field of business administration or auditing
Strong technical skills and finance, accounting or auditing background gained through a professional experience of minimum 2 years of top tier consulting or audit firm in areas as auditing or transaction services
Additional “in company” experience in controlling areas or as business partner
Advanced computer skills on MS Office applications and BI tools
Entrepreneurial and action oriented
Independent and very driven
Strong team player with excellent communications skills and ability to deal with a variety of profiles
Ability to translate business strategic directions into pragmatic action plans
Strong ethics, integrity and accountability
Able to travel within Italy
