This is an opportunity to shape how clients realize value from Sim Corp’s modules and services in a dynamic, international environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Translate targets into action plans to upsell modules and services
Define pricing structures and SLAs for new contracts and projects
Prepare commercial offerings, RFIs and RFPs with internal stakeholders
Participate in customer demos with Sim Corp Consultants
Negotiate renewals and new commercial agreements
Serve as single point of reference for existing clients beyond Sofia Help Desk
Promote and sell additional Sofia modules and services
Lead projects for client initiatives ensuring scope, timing, and quality
Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and execution
Lead State of the Account (SOTA) meetings with clients
Manage procurement relationships and periodic contractual reporting on SLAs
Support calculation and validation of service fees
Responsabilità English – good working proficiency
Project Management skills – plan, execute, control, and close projects to defined goals
