Responsibilities Executive Assistance: provide comprehensive support to the Country Business Manager in daily activities concerning clients, the team, and general organization, including constant monitoring of appointments and project timelines.

Event Coordination: assist in the organization and facilitation of company and team events/calls, coordinating logistics from both a local and international perspective.

Documentation & Reporting: prepare and finalize critical documents such as reports, meeting materials, and memos.

Operational Team Support: offer operational assistance to the team, including tasks such as due diligence processes for new partners.

External Communications: provide support for media relations and contribute to marketing and communications initiatives.

Congress and Event Management: assist with the process and agreements related to congresses, events, and speaker activities (e.g., using internal compliance platforms).Product Manager

Collaboration:

support one or more Product Portfolio Managers and/or Product Managers in specific delegated tasks.

Compensation & Benefits Collective Labour Agreement: the position is regulated by the Chemical‑Pharmaceutical National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Chimico‑Farmaceutico), qualifica Impiegato.

Annual Salary Range: the base salary for this position typically ranges from €34,500 to €46,000 gross per year (RAL). The final offer will be tailored based on your individual skills, experience and specific location.
