Leggero Experiences is a Milan-based company crafting and leading curated cultural travel experiences and events. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy junior professional who is excited to help build efficient systems and support the daily operations of a growing business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, digital tools, problem-solving, and making processes more efficient. You’ll work closely with the founders and have the opportunity to shape the operational systems that will support the company’s next stage of growth.
Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow Management
Coordinate the company’s day-to-day operations.
Organize and streamline internal workflows.
Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation wherever possible.
Design, migrate, and maintain our operational processes on a project management platform such as Asana, Click Up, , Notion, or Airtable.
Recommend and implement the project management software that best suits our team’s needs.
Work closely with the founders to improve efficiency across all areas of the business.
Website Management
Upload and maintain content on our Word Press website.
Coordinate with our web designers and developers when updates or improvements are required.
Ensure website content is accurate, organized, and published on schedule.
E-commerce Operations
Manage the daily operation of our online booking and e-commerce platform.
Upload and maintain products and experiences.
Ensure bookings, customer information, and website content are managed accurately.
Help improve the customer journey and identify opportunities to optimize the platform.
Requirements
Based in Milan.
Available for either full-time employment or a substantial part-time commitment (this is not a light freelance position).
Available to work from our Milan office at least 4 mornings per week.
Native, bilingual, or full professional proficiency in English.
Proven experience using Word Press to manage and publish website content.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable learning and using digital platforms.
Passion for creating efficient systems and improving workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
Experience with e-commerce or booking platforms.
Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Click Up, , Notion, or Airtable.
Basic understanding of AI tools and workflow automation.
Interest in travel, design, art, hospitality, or cultural industries.
