Tik Tok Shop Italy is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to support our Milan-based team in onboarding and scaling high‑potential merchants. You will drive growth through assortment, content, and campaigns while owning revenue and GMV targets.
The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve merchant and user experience.
