Overview  As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, you will shape cross‑functional initiatives through data‑driven research to address wide‑scale business challenges. You’ll work with senior leadership to define and prioritize improvement programs, guiding them end‑to‑end. You will enhance operational performance across teams and drive scalable change within a fast‑growing logistics network. Experience in program or project management
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
