What you'll need to succeed
Our Ideal Intern / Graduate:

For Internship positions:

University student attending a master’s degree. The intern has to be enrolled in the university throughout the internship period and be available for 6 months.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an interest in Investment Banking.

Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mindset:
Motivated, curious, proactive and eager to learn about the complexities of Investment Banking.

For Graduate positions:

Excellent university degree and academic records.

Relevant international experience.

Confidence to take on early responsibility.

Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
