Your mission :
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientated  People & Finance Coordinator  to support our internal operations in Italy. This is a versatile role that sits at the intersection of HR administration, finance coordination, and office support.
You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR processes, from coordinating salary payments and food tickets to liaising with our Finance team in Paris. You’ll help ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly for our Milan-based team, while also supporting ad hoc recruitment and onboarding tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities    Finance Administration (70%)    Process invoices and reimbursements reconciliations.
Support monthly financial reporting and budgeting cycles.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
Track expenses and assist with procurement processes.
Liaise with accountants and HQ to ensure timely payments and reporting accuracy.
Assist in improving and documenting financial and operational processes.
People Operations (30%)    Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, contracts, and benefits documentation.
Coordinate payroll, expenses and meal vouchers inputs and liaise with the Milan team, payroll providers or accountants and the French team.
Support recruitment processes — posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Assist with performance reviews, learning initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Office management and team life to provide a qualitative work environment to the team.
What you’ll bring    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in HR coordination, finance administration, or operations.
Understanding of HR processes, payroll, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting software, and HRIS tools.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
