Senior Manager, Market & Customer Intelligence

In this role you lead the Market & Customer Intelligence program across Medtronic Eur Asia, turning market and customer signals into actionable insights. You will scale the intelligence capability with governance and a clear operating model, partnering with cross-functional teams to influence portfolio decisions and regional strategy. You drive ongoing intelligence cycles and adoption, strengthening decision-making at senior levels. You will work in a global, mission-driven environment focused on transforming healthcare through integrated services and data-driven insights.

Lead the Market & Customer Intelligence Program and translate pilot learnings into a scalable operating model and governance
Define and execute a 12–18-month rollout roadmap across functions, countries and use cases
Run monthly, quarterly, and annual intelligence cycles and synthesize inputs into actionable insights
Integrate signals from multiple sources into clear, decision-ready narratives
Maintain high-quality standards and relevant decision frameworks for business outcomes
Drive adoption across teams via enablement, support, and stakeholder engagement
Track KPIs, identify gaps, and iteratively improve processes to establish the capability as a trusted enterprise asset
Advanced degree in business, healthcare, economics, engineering, or a related field
Significant experience in strategy, intelligence, consulting, commercial operations, or healthcare transformation
Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional and multi-country programs
Strong understanding of AI-driven analytics, machine learning concepts, and data management (e.g., data lakes/warehouses)
Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and clear insights
Strong stakeholder management with experience influencing senior leaders and scaling pilots to business-as-usual; fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
