WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Core activities. You will contribute to digital transformation projects in the financial services sector, leveraging AI and supporting your team across different domains, including strategy design (i.e. market research and benchmarking, definition of new business/operating models, business planning, etc.), business analysis (i.e. process optimization, business requirements collection, business specifications drafting, etc.), and project governance (i.e. project planning, project progress monitoring, coordination of development teams, etc.).
Technologies used. You will use standard business tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Team work. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE...
Academic background. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics.
Valuable expertise. 1-3 years of experience in digital transformation projects in FS as business analyst or PMO. Keen interest in financial services and a strong aptitude for driving innovation. Very good command of English and high proficiency in business tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Keen interest in financial services and a strong aptitude for driving innovation.
Soft skills. Proven ability to think both creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure or in challenging environments. Collaborative mindset, open to sharing ideas and working alongside others.
WHAT WE OFFER
An offer tailored to your experience. This position is open to people with varying levels of expertise and seniority. The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The job classification will be assessed starting from level B1 and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €31,000 to €65,000.
