What you'll be doing
As a Business Development Senior specialist, you will drive our international growth and expand Exetra’s market reach.
Grow our client portfolio through direct sales initiatives, including identifying leads, direct outreach, and networking at industry events;
Shape our future by contributing to medium- and long-term strategic goals;
Analyze the market to deliver sharp insights and competitive reports;
Build strong partnerships to expand our domestic and global commercial network;
Unlock new business areas and pioneer untapped markets;
Partner with internal teams to hit sales targets while respecting corporate guidelines.
Who we are looking for4-5 years of sales or business development experience in consulting or export-driven environments;
Confidence in leading C-level negotiations with both local and global companies;
A track record of building a solid client portfolio from scratch;
C2 according to CEFR in English and B2 either in Hindi or Arabic (both written and spoken). Also Italian language is required;
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
A sharp mind with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Collaborative spirit combined with strong strategic planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering;
Knowledge of another foreign language (e.g., Spanish, French);
Familiarity with Trade Finance products (Documentary Collections, Letters of Credit, International Guarantees, etc.).What we offer
