Your Opportunity

A Senior Shoes Designer (Women’s) is a key role, responsible for designing innovative, high-quality women’s footwear that aligns with the brand’s vision and seasonal themes. He/she/they will lead design initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all designs are technically feasible, aesthetically compelling, and commercially relevant.

Your Contribution Research and bring inspiration from materials, trends, and macro themes, presenting clear and relevant ideas to the team.

Design innovative women’s shoes within the collection guidelines, ensuring concepts are both creative and technically feasible.

Collaborate closely with the Head of Design, Print, Production, and cross-functional teams to develop prototypes, attend fittings, and refine designs.

Prepare clear technical drawings and notes, supporting the translation of ideas into high-quality, producible footwear.

Manage multiple projects across overlapping seasons, ensuring designs align with business goals and collection timelines.

Your Skills Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in footwear design, preferably in women’s fashion or luxury footwear.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of shoe construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other footwear design software.

Excellent artistic and technical skills, with attention to detail and understanding of fashion trends.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and overlapping seasons.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with adaptability to shifting priorities.
