Digital Graphic Designer

Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative, commercially minded Digital Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in translating complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling and on-brand visual storytelling across digital channels. You will be responsible for elevating Cleafy’s visual identity, supporting demand generation and brand awareness initiatives, and ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines strong design craft with a marketing mindset, thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and is confident collaborating across functions.

Key Responsibilities As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will work within the marketing team, supporting the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. In particular, you will:

Design and produce high-quality digital assets, such as social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, event collaterals and sales enablement presentations, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines

Translate complex and technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and visually impactful designs

Create motion graphics, animations, or interactive assets where appropriate to enhance digital performance

Produce campaign-specific digital assets for paid media

Update and maintain the company website and landing pages on Webflow, ensuring visual consistency and optimisation

Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and relevance

This is a part-time role

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sectors

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, colour theory, layout and multi-channel design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; experience with video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus Strong marketing orientation with a solid understanding of branding, audience engagement, and social media requirements, with a particular focus on Linked In Fluency  in English (written and spoken), as the role involves working in an international environment

Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in cybersecurity or a related technology field

Experience with tools like Figma or Canva Hands-on familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms for light website and landing page updates

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate with web developers

Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other web design basics

Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to visual content
