Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Fixed Income Market Specialist to join the Fixed Income Retail Markets Team in Milan. This is a position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor other primary markets to propose new bonds for liquidity providers activity on EuroTLX and MOT markets.

Analyze product characteristics to ensure full compliance with regulations sensitive procedures and the technical requirements of trading and settlement systems.

Compute periodic statistics for fixed income products across the Group to support the team in defining business development strategies.

Conduct competitor analyses to identify market trends and potential areas for improvement.

Perform client analyses to strengthen relationships with issuers and liquidity providers.

Support day-to-day listing activities and related projects.

Requirements

Proven ability to deliver precise, timely and high-quality work.

Strong ability to analyze market trends and interpret data.

Interpersonal

Skills:

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.

Desired Qualifications

Prior experience in fixed income markets or related areas.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Python skills for automating statistical reports.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive operational improvements.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to anticipate and effectively respond to client needs.
