Credit Manager – Finance

Role Overview The Credit Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding and optimizing the company’s financial health. With end‑to‑end ownership of credit risk management, this role oversees the full credit lifecycle — from customer credit assessment and limit definition to receivables monitoring, collections, and dispute resolution — ensuring a balanced approach between commercial growth and cash flow sustainability while minimizing financial risk.

The position leads a close‑knit team, sets direction and nurtures talent to deliver innovative finance projects that create value for the company and contribute sustainably to the Group’s growth.

Key Responsibilities Modernize and automate financial processes, systems, and infrastructures to ensure lean and effective activities.

Assign tasks to the credit team in agreement with the accounting department’s goals and oversee the timely collection of payments.

Create and maintain records of invoices, bills, and receivables.

Track risk exposure across clients or sectors and report early warning signals.

Develop and improve credit policy.

Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results and create reports on them.

Ensure all accounts receivable procedures comply with legal regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.

Minimum of three years in a Credit Manager or supervisory position, or in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry, or as a finance transformation manager.

Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices and regulations.

Experience with accounting software.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proven experience within subscription‑based or recurring service frameworks is a strong plus.

Fluent in English (C1).We Offer Short working week:
