Experteer Overview In this Wealth Management role, you will strengthen client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to promote alternatives products. You help design campaigns, manage engagements, and develop expert content on asset allocation and risk. You will onboard structuring partners and provide after‑sales support to clients and sales teams. Your work directly impacts client experience, product performance analytics, and the scale of our alternatives offerings.

Retribuzione / Benefits Build and maintain relationships with internal sales and partner to explain alternatives portfolios and the broader investment landscape
Collaborate with global teams to design and drive campaigns for alternatives products
Manage ongoing client engagements across private markets with sales, research, and external managers
Work with CIO, research and external managers to develop content on alternative investments (asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management)
Onboard structuring partners to drive scale and improve the client investment experience in alternatives
Provide after-sales support for internal sales and clients
Analyze client capital‑raising outcomes and product performance data ResponsabilitàMinimum of 5 years in the alternatives investment industry in a product or client‑facing role Experience in private markets, hedge funds, manager selection, investor relations, banking or capital markets
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Team player, self‑motivated with ability to position alternatives with private clients
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
Preferred certifications: CFA, CAIA, EIP/EFANative Italian, Fluent English, German a plus Requisiti fondamentalimeal allowance
