International Controlling Specialist

Experteer Overview  In this role you will support the Lottery & Gaming Finance function with budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring to enable informed decision-making. You will collaborate across functions to manage costs, prepare analytical reports, and contribute to monthly closes and management reporting. The role sits in a dynamic, cross-country gaming group focused on growth and efficiency. You will work with finance and business teams to translate data into actionable insights that support strategic objectives.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Support the budgeting and forecasting process to align with business objectives
Monitor weekly and monthly financial performance through flash reports
Perform variance analysis between actuals, targets and forecasts to provide insights
Assist with monthly closing, management reports and data verification
Collaborate with business functions to monitor and control costs, including PO management
Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management decision-making and performance reviews
Responsabilità   Experience in Business Controlling/Financial Planning in complex or international environments
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for budgeting and reporting
Knowledge of data analysis and management tools (SAP, Oracle, Qlik)
Ability to work under pressure in a complex organization
Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages a plus
Knowledge of Gaming industry a plus
